Spring Evaluations

All students must be evaluated at the end of the academic year with a Spring Evaluation completed by their faculty advisor. The evaluation will be furnished to the student for comments and signature before submitting to OGS. Students will not be eligible to register for classes the following year until this form is submitted to OGS. In addition, each student’s progress will be evaluated at the annual spring faculty meeting.

Evaluation Exceptions

If a graduate Advances to Candidacy in Winter or Spring, their advisor will not need to perform/submit an evaluation for that grad that year.
